Hi I'm trying to prepare a shipping label and I keep getting this error message "Your payment for shipping cannot be processed because it exceeds your available balance. Please add a credit card or bank to your account for completing this label purchase. ERRORCODE-50023". All of my accounts and cards are already confirmed , not sure what the issue is.
Unable to print the requested label at this time. The following error occurred.
Your payment for shipping cannot be processed because it exceeds your available balance. To raise your balance, you must add funds to your account. Please note that it may take 3-4 days for any funds you add to become available in your PayPal account.
I have a credit card and bank account tied to my paypal and normally it automatically charges my card.
