Shipping Fees being deducted out of the wrong Paypal account on eBay

Hello all,

I have two eBay accounts, each account has its own Paypal account.

 

Somewhere in the past, both eBay accounts started withdrawing the automatic shipping fees from only one Paypal account.

 

How do I fix this?
