I have had £9,92 deducted from my pay pal account today for shipping costs. Why? I never ship abroad,

If you use Ebay or Paypal postage then you are invoiced monthly for those labels.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
