Since I posted my complaint, I receive any complaints posted on the same company. At first I was checking to see if it would ever reach 100, Now it is over 200 complaints on this company, and I'm guessing many more who didn't post.
It should get someone's attention!!!!!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
