It seems to me like in the new PayPal subscription model, billing cycles are automatically billed by PayPal, and if I want to trigger anything in my system, I have to subscribe to a webhook. I would rather have my system call the “capture” api instead, in API call fashion. Can I opt to have subscriptions in PayPal not automatically be billed and instead let the balance accumulate, and Bill when I need to from api?
