Set up advanced credit and debit card payments in my country

Hi, I want to create a customized checkout experience by adding credit card fields that align with my brand to my store.

I take a look where is it available, and see that it's not available in my country.
But probably I sell to the USA and it's available there.

So, I don't understand if it's will work for customers from the USA or it's will not work at all because my country is not available for this?
