Service Charge

Hi All, 

I just want to ask your opinion, I'm new in paypal and my friend is sending me a money. She supposed to send it as personal payment but it cannot be processed, instead she send it to me via Business payment and Paypal charge her a fee of 2.9% .. 

Any advise on this matter???

The option to receive friends/family payments is sadly not available in your country so all payments will be seen as goods/services payments when you will be subject to the new seller hold and fees.

@kernowlass Thanks for the advice. is it possible if I close this account and re-open again in the Philippines but the mobile number that will be registered would be the mobile no with the a different country code??
