Sent payment through paypal, seller not recieved

I sent a payment through paypal directly to a seller. The payment is showing up as it has sent. The seller has not recieeved the item. I paid with my paypal balance and the rest through debit card. My paypal balance has been deducted but my debit card has not been charged.

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
5. Pending awaiting authorisation.
