A friend of mine wanted to send me money but he sent to another email, misspelled and typed o twice, that's another email I have but I never had PayPal on that email. What he can do? He can get the money back? He sent it with friends and family and I don't think he has a cancel button. If I'll set up an PayPal account on that email are there any chances on getting the money?

What does it say next to the transaction in HIS Paypal account?

1. Pending (with a clearance date)
2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option.
4. Payment or Sent.
5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date.

Oh dear, then it sounds as if he sent using the friends/family option and the wrong email address actually exists and belongs to another person who has a paypal account so it has completed.

The only options are reaching out to that person and requesting that they refund the payment (sadly as it was a f/f payment you can't force them to do so) OR if your friend funded that payment via a credit card then see if they will help with a chargeback but again they may not comply as it was not a payment for a purchase.
