Hello, Recently I bought a bundle of ingame money and other times and paid through PayPal. So I paid the money and waited for the stuff to show in my account but it never came. (This isn't my first time paying through PayPal and I know the seller in the website too.) I decided to contact the seller and provided them with the transaction ID, but they say that the haven't received any payments when it shows clearly on my PayPal account that I sent them the money. What I noticed however is that it is the first time that "Sent by Manual" appears on the transaction shipping tracking info. The seller proceeded to send me the items and decided to wait longer saying that there must be an error, and even asked me to "confirm the purchase" somewhere in PayPal. What's going on?
