Sent back my phone but no refund from the company

I bought a phone from a company online Edwaybuy here in Europe. When the phone arrived I changed my mind and want to send it back. On the companys site they wrote that it was ok within 14 days. So I contacted them and they said it was ok. The phone was unopened. I send the phone back and from the tracking numbers I can see they got the phone back. It was in august. No refund. I have contacted them and no answer. I tried to open a dispute with Paypals help, but they they denied it. Is there anything I can do?
