Hi, I have been meaning to send a payment of $22 to someone as Goods and Services but Paypal auto-entered 2,200$ instead...and I did not notice before getting the email. It is entirely my mistake and now they are charging $90 non-refundable fee to the merchant. It is not their fault. I am also minus 2.2k in my bank account. I am unable to speak to a human when I call. Please help this is urgent!!!
I'm having a similar issue. I put in a transfer of $50 from my bank account to PayPal but after paying my monthly bills, I don't have enough in my bank account to transfer that amount.
