Sent Payments

I sent two payments. on my activity page, one payment says split this payment. Om the other payment, it says repeat transaction. The money was deducted from my bank.

Its just another way to request money.
If you pay a bill and your friends want to chip in you can click on it and request their share from them.
Absolute complete waste of time in my opinion.

I expect the 'repeat transaction' message is on a friends / family payment is it?

If so then if you are sending regular payments of the same amount to a family member then paypal put the repeat transaction message there to help you to send it quickly again instead of re-entering all the info. Its only there 'if' you want to use it and I find it helpful when I am sending regular payments of the same amount to my son every month but its not an 'instruction' to do so.
