Sold an item to a buyer in Lithuania (car part), he told me he lived out of the country before selling the item and that I would need to ship the item to a US based freight forwarder. He paid me and funds are in my balance, in the item transaction comments he listed the US forwarder address I should ship the item too. The "transaction" To: address is his address in Lithuania. My question is, would I be covered as a seller shipping the item to the forwarder he listed in the comments section of the transaction?
