I can't send money to family or friends and I'm confused it keeps giving a error message saying this can't be done right now.I'm stuck on what to do
Oh it works now i think I had to change funding source first as I didn't have enough funds on the actual PayPal balance so had to choose my debit card as the source of payment
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
