Sending money with my confirmed european bank account

Hi,

i have a business account with a confirmed bank account in Europe.

But when I try to send money to other Paypal account, the option for using the bank account doesn't show up, only balance or credit card.

What do I need to do to start using the bank account as a payment option too?
