Sending money to friends and family overseas

My friend overseas doesn't have an option or cant find the option to send money as friends and family or a gift where there is no fee. How do we set this up?

I've sent other friends overseas money without fees before.

Hi @shaun138,

I'm sorry to hear that your friend can't send you a payment as a friends and family payment. The ability to send payments of that type is not available in all countries. What country is your friend sending from.

It's also important to note that there is a fee for sending a friends and family payment internationally, and also a fee if a card is used to fund the payment. These fees are paid by the sender.
