I am trying to send money to someone in another state and I keep getting the following message, Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service. I have contacted customer service but no one has gotten back to me and there is no phone number to call. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Please help. Thank you.
