Hello every one! Guys I wonder if someone can help me to figure out how to solve my problem? I want to purchase item on Ebay Online Shoping and the payment should proceeded using PayPal, there's no option for Cash in delivery. And I don't have authorized Bank Account or Card to be add for PayPal. And the Salary Account/Card I have are not acceptable (Not authorized by the bank to add for online payment) So is there any way to draft cash into my PayPal Account and then use that money to buy goods online?
