Sender confirmed they sent payment, but i never got a confirmation email or receive the payment.

It’s been more than a week, and i already confirmed my email address and phone number right away. i thought maybe its bc i only made the account the day of the payment, but the sender sent proof and confirmed that they already payed but i never got a payment email. I waited the estimated time for the payment to be sent like advised, but it is yet to be sent to me until now.

Payments to paypal accounts are more or less instant so why would you 'wait the estimated time' who told you to wait.

Are you sure it was not a scam?
