Hi! I need to send some money to a Friend in Europe, Im form Mexico, my account has some months. I have never sent money before I only use PayPal to pay in Ebay and things like that. The problem is that it doesn’t appear nothing to change between “paying for a service or sending money to a friend” only appears the option to pay for a service or product.
Click 'Send & Request" at the top menu of your PayPal account.
Do you see "Send to friends abroad" option to the right?
Or, if you are not given the option to select friends and family after you enter the amount, only goods and services, during the payment process then friends and family option is not available. Sending as friends and family is not available in all countries.
