Send Payment Using "Friends n Familys"

How i want to change the payment options ? 

when i click amount how much i want sent the payment options is fix which is "Paying for an item or service" . i want use "friend and family" options but doesnt have it .

Malaysia accounts is not allowed to send friends and family payments at all (domestically or cross border) but can receive personal payments from countries that can send them. You will have to send your payment as goods and services.
