Seller wants me to confirm receipt before receiving item

I am buying digital goods from a seller, we messaged through discord and he wants me to confirm the receipt, but I haven’t received the digital goods. I told him that I am not gonna press confirm receipt until I get the goods. What should I do?

Do not confirm receipt and if he does not send open a dispute for non receipt of item/service.
