I purchased a service from this company a year ago. After 6months a messages to say I was leaving as the performance was not good. I had no idea there was a recurring payment in PayPal. Today they have taken £700. I immediately contacted them for a refund but they are refusing. Surely that isn’t legal under the consumer protection laws?
