Seller information

I did a purchase on eBay and i received an email from PayPal ( details about your shipment ) and there was no information about the shipment so i tried to contact the email they provide but i'm getting a message that the address not found and my email not delivered ... please advise

Hi @YTM1,

I'm sorry to hear that you received an email with incomplete information. Is there a corresponding transaction in your PayPal account transaction history? If so, the tracking information may be associated with the transaction with a "track shipment" button. If the seller did not associate a tracking number with the transaction, that information would not be listed there.

Actually i got the transaction ID number and once i click on it a new tab is opening but a message appear ( OOPS This page doesn't exist ) ....
