Seller didn't receive payment

Hi, 

 

I had to do a payment to a friend,

 

The payment is completed on my side but on her side it was put on hold and customer support is saying that it usually takes 21 days unless I confirm receipt.

 

She marked it as Virtual service so when I go on my activity for this payment I can't see any options to confirm receipt or anything.

 

The money is still on hold on her side for whatever reason and I don't know what action to do in order to release it.

 

please help 🙂

New seller hold. Its between her and paypal and nothing really to do with you.

Funds 'may' be released earlier 'if' you have the confirm receipt option on your end, this is not guaranteed and is not always available.
