Payment sent through paypal for an item on ebay. the seller hasn't recieved the payment, cancel order, but the money has left my bank account. I have not received any recognition from paypal or ebay of the money being sent. Pay pal take money from bank account, seller didn’t receive, where is the money??? What to do?
