Seller agreed to refund my money but email from ebay said refund "failed"
I don't understand this. The seller promptly agreed to refund my money for a product that didn't work (no fault of theirs) but then I received an email from ebay saying; "the refund to your original payment method failed". I paid by PayPal and my credit card is valid. This doesn't sound like it's my problem so why is this my problem???? This is EXACTLY why I prefer to buy from Amazon!
