Security check

Does anyone else have problems with a security check when completing a transaction. I keep getting asked to complete security check and only option I get is to add my phone number but then get a error msg saying my number isn't supported. Please help

Don't you already have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
