Security check - Identity verification Loop when making payment with Paypal

Hi everyone,

I'm making a payment on Freelancer.com via Paypal, when the PayPal window pops up, it requires a security check via my email (it sends a code into my email box and I have to paste that code back in the PayPal window). Very simple.

I do the same but after, it says Identity confirmed. But after that, it redirects me back to the above email security check again. It's been like this for 4 times.

I can understand the frustration of not being able to make a payment. It sounds like our security system is not allowing this transaction if you are still receiving an error message. I would recommend reaching out to our phone support team for assistance on this one. You can find our number by going to the 'Help & Contact' section at the bottom of the PayPal page.
