I am so angry and frustrated because of the hide and seek game that eBay and their partner in the crime an ebay seller has done with me. I paid for an infrared thermometer via eBay by debit card and not through my PayPal account. But when I did not receive the item, i called eBay and they said, i still have to go through PayPal and get it solved since Ireland is not covered under their money back guarantee. Now, no body picks up phone in PayPal and I can't dispute it through the site since it wasn't purchased through pay pal. The seller has left the eBay platform and I am left in despair cursing eBay allowing criminals to scam the irish with impunity. Any suggestions greatly appreciated
