I had a seemingly random person send me a paypal funds request for postage for an item from Germany. The request was in EURO's. I've purchased nothing from Germany or anywhere else abroad. I know it was some sort of scam, but paypal seems to have failed to offer a way to report it. Do I just give up on paypal's methods and call the police? I am pursuing this until resolved.
