Samsung pay

I added my PayPal to samsung pay and I've tried to use it twice now and both times it failed said transaction declined even though I have plenty of money in my PayPal account I don't understand please help. I'm going to stop using it, it was pretty embarrassing.

Me too it has happened twice now as well and idk why. Thinking about contacting support.
