I never had the cost covered by paypal balance either, so I'm confused why I'm getting "pending" for days all the sudden.. Less than a week before I made a purchase with a 0.00 PayPal balance using the same bank account transfer and it was immediately processed; been doing it that way years now never "pending" always empty balance on PayPal. Bank account shows it was cleared days ago..
