Need some advise. Bought an item from ebay and made payment at once. Some days later the seller cancelled my order by mistake (as he informed me with a message) and asked me not to accept the cancellation. After digging my options through e-bay and Paypal, there was no option for me to accept or reject the cancellation. From e-bay the item seems as cancelled and there is a note that I will receive a confirmtion mail soon, but 7 days later, no mail received. So I informed the seller and then he issued a "Secure paypament". Now for both the refund and the secure payment status is "pending". The seller ask me to pay again (the security payment) in order to send me my item. Is it the right way for this transaction? I don't know how this secure payment works and if it is somehow connected with the refund. I am afraid of the possibillity that I will make a double payment at the end.
