Ryanair Limited refunded (bis)

I don't know why they closed my last post as "solved".

..... Again:

 

Ryanair made a refund to another account of mine that had already CLOSED and call Paypal 0800 many times and no operator knows how to solve the issue.
They said that they were going to make a manual transaction to my new Paypal account and I still don't have my refund. (since 18th April)

I have a number transaction and invoice number. Does anyone have any clue to talk to people who do their work "efficiently"?

Only the person that opened the thread can mark it as solved ie you.

And you don't have to start another thread, you can continue on a solved one.

Lastly as you didn't actually answer the question that i asked you on that thread then i could not continue helping you.
