Rotita—can’t get a return authorization nor Rotita’s shipping address

I have tried many times to get approval of return of order # WW1810191332171340. Dated October 18, 2018

i need to return this immediately.  I have been trying to get this information for days with no reply.  It will be the 30 day allowed for returns & I can’t even get the information I need to have to return this order

i want to return everything on that order EXCEPT the handkerchief hem halter polka dot swim dress and panty color black size L

I need a return authorization number & an address to mail this order back to them

please get this information from them for me
