Hi, I made a payment on ebay but the seller was new and did not know how to connect with paypal. Without knowing this I cancelled the paypal payment since I never received a response from the seller. Now the seller said they have fixed their account and thats it connectd. How do I repay the seller with the same funds since I just cancelled the transaction.
