I ordered a saw and was sent a pair of gloves the seller has agreed to refund me the full purchase price but I have to send the gloves back.
How do i recover my postage which cost me £9.70 .This is clearly not my fault that they advertised incorrectly and I would like to no how i get my money back. Do i have to go through the resolution centre again

Make sure you send back trackable in case you have to open a dispute at a later point if the seller does not refund.
