I sold an item through eBay and the buyer paid through PayPal since then, he was returned the item and I am struggling to process the refund.
I did the "activity...transactions" etc but I cant find an option to refund buyer on there.
I tried to add my bank details to my PayPal account and no matter what card I use it gives me a message saying "We are sorry.. this cant be processed right now".
I then messaged the resolution team 2 days ago but I have had no reply. I would like to return the money ASAP.
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
