Hello guys,
I recently had a payment to seller returned back into my account by PayPal. Seller confirmed that he have the money, I received the item long ago and yet PayPal gave this money back to me. I tried to pay again and I wasn't able to because, as the message said, I already paid for the item. PayPal suggested to cancel the transaction and choose another way to pay the seller, but there isn't a cancel option on my eBay account. Where this money are coming from?
