I am new to PayPal. Someone recently sent money to me as a business which I don’t have instead of as a friend and now they are asking me for tax info. I did not except the money so it’s still waiting for me to do so. I just want to return it to the person who sent it. It’s not mine. But I don’t know how to do that. Any suggestions?

If you are selling items then you are a seller and buyers pay using the goods / services option whatever your account type is.
You are only allowed to accept friends / family payments if someone is sending you a 'gift'.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
