Return my pending money

Hey My money was frizzed from paypal but not payed in alibaba , so can we just return my money to try pay again

Thanks for contacting us and welcome to our community. If the payment is completed n status, then you need to fie the dispute as mentioned here. If the transaction is pending, then it will be returned to your funding source in 30 days as it will be cancelled automatically after that time frame. For more details, check here.
