My son is locked out of his PayPal account and I sent him $10. He can't get the email to unlock his account because his iCloud storage is full. Is there anyway to get the money back if he doesn't accept it?
Hope you're doing good. Can you check the payment information on your activity page if it's completed? If completed there is no option for us to get the money back, so I think the best thing to do is to recover your son's PayPal account.
