Restoring my account balance.

Hi everyone,

I have been attempting for a while now to restore my account balance. The last time this happened the payment was taken automatically from my Credit Union. This did not happen this time, so I asked my partner if I could use his card to do it, as it asks me to add a credit or debit card. I have tried to add two cards now and am getting the error message 'This transaction failed because we were unable to verify this credit card through our card validation process. In order to proceed with your transaction, please select a different funding method or add a different credit card.' for both. Is there any solution to this?
