Restarting The Payment Process

Due to website construction and the very recent launch of same the "Donate" button results in the following message: 

"Your session is invalid or expired.

You've been inactive for a while, so we logged you out to help protect your account. Please return to the merchant and restart the payment process."

How do I restart the process?  Help very much appreciated.

Export the button code (or email url link) again and paste it to your webpage. You're either using an expired button link or something. Also clear your web browser cache and cookies.

thanks guys but I have already asked Paypal for help with this issue at least twice with no response - I had suggested that that screen should have a refresh/reset button
