Hi,
I have a friend that owes me a good chunk of money and I have agreed to have him send me payments through Paypal.
I agreed to these payments periodically so after a couple of emails I sent to him requesting the money and he obliged. He is no longer getting the Paypal request emails. So I did a test and did a request via email account to other people, and again, those emails are not going through either.
Is this done because Paypal doesn't want to many Personal Money Requests being done at no fees?
