Repeated errors while accepting payments with PayPal Commerce Platform

Every time I try to process a payment on my GoDaddy site using the PayPal Commerce Platform I get the same error “We're unable to process your payment at this time. Please try again later.”

I’ve checked with GoDaddy and they said it’s an issue on PayPal’s side, but unfortunately I can’t contact customer service to be helped.

I’m losing orders and money and I’m so frustrated and out of options. Does anyone know of any sort of solution?

Did you ever find a solution to this problem?  Having the same issue and can't find a resolution.
