I paid someone for a product right in front of me and now pay pal is saying I she had to wait for payment for 21 days wtf!! Pay pal is closed!!!

  • LOGIN TO YOUR PAYPAL
  • GO TO ACTIVITY
  • SELECT THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION
  • CLICK CONFIRM ITEM RECEIPT.
