I have a customer whose order can't get through to our website. According to her bank, her transaction was "rejected by the merchant" but we did no such thing. So we are wondering if it was rejected by Paypal? She tried making payment 2 days later and it's still the same issue. She claims that she has no issue making payment via paypal in other websites. Can I speak to someone about this?
